Anyone traveling to Anchorage Alaska please save your time and money by skipping over the Anchorage Zoo. It is dreary, depressing, and sad. We left the zoo with tears in our eyes and shaking our heads. The animals are cramped. The land is damp and soggy. The animals are in the shade, never getting to feel the warm sun. It's miserable. It left us feeling very sad.
